  A-mei-zing food i am always impressed with their sandwiches and their bathrooms are pretty clean. you can always tell good management from the bathroom(s).

  This location is the worse McAlister's I have dined at. One of my complaints is I had been waiting in line for at least 5 minutes and when a cashier became available, she refilled someones drink before taking my order (keep in mind that person had not been waiting; just walked up). Then when I get to the cashier and begin to order, two more patrons interrupted to get refills. And ... She stopped to help them. Granted the patrons were rude to interrupt but um ... why didn't she ask them to wait?
  
  Another complaint is they got my order wrong and insisted I didn't tell them to exclude items from my sandwich and salad. Sorry but being that I am allergic to said things I wouldn't forget. Instead of fixing the order, they wanted to argue with me about it. At that point I was fed up and told them never-mind because I didn't want to take a chance they'd desecrate my food. Instead I called my credit card company and reversed the charge. Never again will I go to this location.
